We verified the KDS2010 effect of suppressing excessive GABA production in reactive astrocytes of the arcuate nucleus in a high fat diet-induced obese mouse model. As a result, GFAP, a biomarker of reactive glial cells in the arcuate nucleus, was significantly reduced and the overproduction of GABA was effectively inhibited.
